We have provided a chart below to show the different download times based on different media types. You will see a significant difference between Superfast fibre and basic broadband.
Basic broadband can take 20 minutes to download an HD film; BT Fibre 1BT Fibre 1 would only take 4 minutes. Just downloading one movie would save you 16 minutes.
If you watch a few movies each month, you could easily save an hour just with Superfast Fibre 1. If you watch or plan to watch Ultra HD on Netflix, you will need at least 25 Mbps to download speeds for it to render correctly.
